My stay at the Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel was fantastic, with the staff being exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a few steps from Hoan Kiem Lake, making it easy to explore the Old Quarter. While the room was clean and comfortable, it did have some minor noise from the street. Overall, I highly enjoyed my experience and would recommend this hidden gem to others visiting Hanoi.

I had a truly good stay at the Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and dedicated to making my experience wonderful. though there were a couple of minor issues with breakfast ordering that took a moment to grasp.

My stay at the Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel was nothing short of fantastic! The location in the Old Quarter was perfect, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Huyen and Hai, who helped with everything from shipping packages to providing sightseeing tips. The only minor downside was that the cooler in the room didn’t keep drinks cold. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely return.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the lake and surrounded by delicious eateries. However, I found the beds to be a bit too firm for my comfort, which detracted slightly from an otherwise good stay.
